1. Provider and agreement
Cordlytics is operated by Felix Nagel, Max-von-Pettenkofer-Weg 5, 60438 Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Full provider information appears in the legal notice. By using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the linked Privacy Policy. Connecting a Discord server also accepts and incorporates the Data Processing Agreement. 2. Who may use the service
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter this agreement, and authorized to administer every Discord server you connect and configure. If you use Cordlytics for an organization, you confirm that you may bind that organization to these terms.
3. What Cordlytics provides
Cordlytics analyzes selected public Discord discussions, supports YouTube content research, and helps you develop ideas into Content Plans. AI-generated suggestions require your review. Cordlytics does not promise that a topic or video will perform in a particular way.
4. Your responsibilities
Use the service lawfully and configure only public channels you are authorized to cover. You are responsible for the lawfulness of your instructions and any obligations you have toward community members. Do not intentionally configure channels principally intended for private support, moderation, medical disclosures, individualized financial records or advice, or other sensitive personal information.
Review generated work before relying on it and verify factual, legal, financial, medical, or other consequential claims before publishing. Do not bypass access limits, probe another workspace, disrupt the service, or use it to identify or profile individual community members.
5. Accounts and connected services
You use Discord to sign in and authorize Cordlytics to connect to your server. Cordlytics uses YouTube API Services for public creator-channel and video research. Use of those features is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's processing is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your connected accounts secure and following the applicable platform terms. Cordlytics may pause collection when a connection or required permission is unavailable.
6. Subscription and allowance
Cordlytics Pro is licensed for one Discord workspace and includes 10 new YouTube research projects per monthly billing period. The subscription renews automatically until canceled. Price, currency, taxes, and renewal details are shown before payment. Cordlytics may limit requests to prevent abuse and protect service reliability.
7. Billing, cancellation, and refunds
Polar is the merchant of record and processes checkout, tax, and payment details under its buyer terms. You can cancel renewal through the billing portal. Access normally continues through the paid period, then becomes read-only. The cancellation and refund policy explains failed payments, refund requests, and access after cancellation.
8. Your content and product records
You retain your rights in the instructions, corrections, and Content Plans you provide or edit. You instruct Cordlytics to process that material and configured community data only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service under the DPA. Cordlytics does not use configured community content to train its own models, advertise to members, or create individual member profiles. Public source material remains subject to the rights of its owners.
9. Availability and changes
Cordlytics relies on third-party platforms and service providers. Continuous or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features may change to improve the service, comply with law, protect users, or respond to upstream changes. Material subscription changes will be communicated as required by law.
10. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted for unlawful use, material breach, security risk, non-payment after the paid period, or conduct that threatens the service or other users. You may stop using Cordlytics and request deletion from the application. If a workspace subscription is set to renew, cancel renewal before deleting that workspace. Before deleting your account, you must cancel renewal for every workspace subscription you own. Deletion ends any remaining paid access immediately.
11. Liability and mandatory rights
Cordlytics is a research and planning tool, not professional advice. You remain responsible for editorial and publishing decisions. Liability is governed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
12. Governing law and changes
German law applies, without removing mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence. Material revisions will be posted with an updated date and communicated where required. Continued use after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance only where permitted by law.
