Participant identifiers are replaced with pseudonymous identifiers specific to each server before storage. Cordlytics deletes the raw message data it stores within 14 days. AI providers have separate retention periods, explained in the privacy policy.
Reports retain summarized themes, aggregate information, and paraphrased examples with common direct identifiers removed. Cordlytics does not keep a permanent archive of raw messages or create individual member profiles.
Cordlytics processes the discussions you select only to provide and secure the service. We do not use them for advertising, comparing members across servers, or training our own models.
