Cancellation & refunds · 28 September 2026

Stop renewal without losing the work you already made.

Cordlytics subscriptions are sold through Polar, our merchant of record. These rules explain the product access that follows a cancellation, payment failure, or refund.

1. Cancel at any time

The workspace owner can open the billing portal from the Cordlytics account page and cancel renewal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You can continue starting analysis and research until that date.

2. After paid access ends

The workspace becomes read-only. Existing reports, research records, and Content Plans remain available, but Cordlytics will not collect new data or start provider-backed analysis and research. You may still delete the workspace or your account.

3. Refund requests

Payments for an elapsed subscription period are generally non-refundable unless required by law or the paid service was not provided. Polar evaluates refund requests under its buyer terms, applicable law, and card-network rules. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

4. Requesting help

Email felix@cordlytics.com with the workspace name and the email used at checkout. Do not send card details. Transactional requests can also be handled by Polar through its checkout support.

5. Refunds and access

A partial refund does not change the existing paid-through date. If a full refund is accompanied by immediate subscription revocation, the workspace becomes read-only when Cordlytics receives that update from Polar.

6. Failed payments

A recoverable failed payment does not erase existing work. Once the already-paid period ends, new analysis and research pause until the payment succeeds or a new subscription is activated.
