Cloudflare
Provides hosting, data storage, security, and email delivery. Cloudflare processes account, workspace, community, and technical service data as necessary to provide that infrastructure.
Google Workspace
Hosts Cordlytics support and operational email, including messages sent through the contact form. Google Workspace does not receive raw Discord messages or research records as part of normal product use.
Anthropic
Provides AI analysis and research assistance. Relevant public Discord messages, pseudonymous discussion examples, creator information, and research instructions may be shared when needed to provide these features.
Requests and responses under the standard commercial API service are deleted within 30 days, except where Anthropic needs longer retention for safety enforcement or law. Cordlytics does not opt into model training.
TypeSafe AI
Provides AI analysis of selected community and research information. It receives only the information needed for that analysis, excluding account sign-in credentials and payment details.
Google Gemini API
Supports public-video research using public YouTube video URLs and research instructions. Raw Discord message data is not sent to Gemini for video research. Google retains prompts and responses for 55 days for abuse monitoring.
Polar
Acts as merchant of record for checkout, payment processing, tax, invoices, refunds, and subscription administration. Polar acts under its buyer terms for the transaction and as a processor for defined provider data under its DPA. Cordlytics receives subscription status and billing reference identifiers, not complete card details.
Connected platforms
Discord provides sign-in, server connection permissions, and the selected public community data. YouTube API Services provide public creator-channel and video metadata. These platforms process data under their own terms and are not presented here as Cordlytics model or infrastructure subprocessors.

Changes
Cordlytics will update this page before or when a material provider change takes effect and will provide additional notice through the service where required. Customers may object under the procedure in the Data Processing Agreement.
